Now that you have completed the BEYOND® whitening process, it is important that you follow certain precautions to maintain your sparkling BEYOND® smile.

For 24 hours after the BEYOND® treatment: Do not eat or drink dark, staining substances including coffee, tea, red wine, soy sauce, and cola. Do not smoke cigarettes or use any other tobacco products. Do not use colored toothpaste.

To maintain your BEYOND® smile over the long term: Brush your teeth regularly with BEYOND® Pearl White® whitening toothpaste. Visit your dentist regularly. Minimize consumption of coffee, tea, and other staining foods and drinks, and also minimize use of tobacco products.
